Cancellations:
- We understand that circumstances may change, and therefore, we entertain cancellation requests if made immediately after placing the order. However, please note that cancellation requests may not be accommodated if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has commenced.
- Please be aware that we do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or eatables. Nevertheless, we offer refunds or replacements if the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

Returns & Refunds:
- Upon receipt of damaged or defective items, kindly report the issue to our Customer Service team promptly. We can process your request once the merchant has conducted an inspection and confirmed the damage or defect. This must be reported within 7 days of receiving the products.
- If you receive a product that does not match the description on our website or fails to meet your expectations, please notify our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service Team will thoroughly investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranties, please direct your complaints to the respective manufacturers.
- Upon approval of refunds by RANGANA CREATIONS, please allow 6-8 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the end customer.

Unboxing Video Requirement for Refunds on Damaged Products:
- To expedite the refund process for damaged products, we require customers to provide an unboxing video as evidence of the condition of the received item.
- Upon discovering a damaged product, customers are requested to record a brief unboxing video showcasing the condition of the package and its contents.
- The unboxing video serves as crucial evidence for processing refunds on damaged products.
- Ensure that the unboxing video clearly captures any damage or defects in the product and its packaging.
- Include all tags and original packaging materials during the return process.
