International Return Policy

Return Process for International Orders:
Should you wish to return an international order, please contact our customer care team at hello@deshidiva.com or by phone at (91) 7980317256 within 7 days of receiving your order.

For all international returns, customers are responsible for returning the products themselves. Please send the order to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product(s), they will undergo a quality check at our warehouse. Refunds will then be initiated to your source account within 6-8 days.

Please note that the refund amount will be calculated after deducting import charges, shipping, and handling costs.

Delivery Time:
The average delivery time for international orders is 7-15 business days, depending on the recipient's country of residence.

Delivery Methods:
All international orders are dispatched via DHL and FedEx.

International Duties and Taxes:
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We cannot control these charges as they vary by country. However, duty is not applicable for orders under specific values in certain countries:

Payment Options:
We accept payments through PayPal and Credit/Debit Cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is not accepted for customized items altered based on body measurements. For any queries, please contact us at hello@deshidiva.com or call (91) 7980317256. Orders can only be canceled before they are packed in our warehouse.

Non-Payment of Duties and Taxes:
If you choose not to pay duties and taxes and refuse delivery of the product, a refund will be issued after deducting the import charges incurred to ship the product back to India. If return charges exceed the order refund amount, no refund will be provided.
